Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Through the contact form: your name, email, company, role (optional), the type of inquiry, the region of the work, your message and the language of the page.
• Where you came from, if present: campaign tags (utm_*) and the referring site.
• Technical data needed to protect the form from abuse: your IP address and a bot-check token. These are used at the moment you submit and are not stored by us.

Why we use it

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up on it.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you and then deleted, unless we enter into a business relationship that requires longer retention by law.

Service providers

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, security and bot protection, email forwarding, and cookieless visit statistics.
• Resend, Inc. (United States): delivery of inquiry notifications and confirmation emails.
• Our email provider: the mailboxes where inquiries are received.

International transfers

Your inquiry is delivered by email through Resend (United States) and may be read by DeployWorks team members in Korea and India. Cloudflare operates a global network. We rely on these providers’ data protection terms for these transfers.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and reports aggregated data only.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing privacy@deployworks.si. We respond within 10 days. Depending on where you live (for example under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the EU GDPR), you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Security

• All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access to inquiries is limited to the founders.
• Administrative accounts use two-factor authentication.
